Machan, the 24-hour international eatery at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi has ongoing Iftaar and Suhoor menus for the holy month of Ramadan.

 

Haleem ke Kebab

The specially curated menu gives patrons the option of choosing from a range of traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Iftar meals can begin with a selection of dates and fresh fruit along with refreshing fresh juices and can be followed with sumptuous delicacies like Beetroot cutlets, Lamb Shammi Kebabs, Haleem, Boiled eggs and the traditional dessert, Phirni.

The Suhoor menu also offers delicacies like Kamal Kadi Aur Khajur Ke Kebab, Nalli Nehari, Kheema Pao, Ghosht Ki Biryani, Baigan Mirch Ka Saalan and Sheer Kuruma to bring a joyous start to the day.
