Dig into a menu that gets you the best of the shore and sea from Southern Fry (batter fried calamari, coconut crusted prawns tossed in dried shrimp rub), Kerala Bao Uttapam (Kerala Inspired beef fry served with bao uttappam and coconut chutney); Udipi Beet Cutlets stuffed with green peas; Clam Sukkha and the humble red rice in a crunchy and unusual Kuttari Salad. Wash it down with Vanakam Panakam, Chilli Puli and Kapi Macha.  The southern coast offers one of the most flavorful and hearty cuisines in the country and Monkey Bar has conjured up a menu that lures you to cruise along with some fabulous fare. Get yourself an order of KP Tacos -flaky Kerala paratha with Chettinad styled pulled chicken with black lychen, baby onion salan and garlic pickle. Dig into staple street favourites; crispy dal vada, maddur vada, medu vada and Mangalore bun when you place an order of South Street served with kosambri salad, coconut chutney and a tangy tomato and tamarind chutney.

Enjoy Prawn Ghee Roast- Kundapur style ghee roast with fresh water prawns served with garlic toast. Try the Suran Blankets - Monkey’s version of aloo paratha - Mangalore style suran palya stuffed paratha with onion and radish slaw, pickle and chutney or ask for a portion of Mandeli Fried Fish - rava crusted fried fish filets, baby onion salan puree, plantain chips and south inspired bread and butter pickles. Kundapur Wings- chicken wings tossed with Kundapur ghee roast masala served with sprouted moong kosambri salad.  The popular egg puff gets a makeover with Monkee Eggs - coriander and black pepper crusted poached egg on puff pastry, with green chutney and a coconut cream hollandaise.  And finally order the Coast to Coast–the Monkey Thali with Mangalore inspired gassi with raw mango, potato and tomato, ghee rice, avial inspired vegetables, gonghura chutney, kerala paratha, pickle, curd, papad, kokum sharbat and jaggery custard.
