 The southern coast offers one of the most flavorful and hearty cuisines in the country and Monkey Bar has conjured up a menu that lures you to cruise along with some fabulous fare. Get yourself an order of KP Tacos -flaky Kerala paratha with Chettinad styled pulled chicken with black lychen, baby onion salan and garlic pickle. Dig into staple street favourites; crispy dal vada, maddur vada, medu vada and Mangalore bun when you place an order of South Street served with kosambri salad, coconut chutney and a tangy tomato and tamarind chutney.

Enjoy Prawn Ghee Roast- Kundapur style ghee roast with fresh water prawns served with garlic toast. Try the Suran Blankets - Monkey’s version of aloo paratha - Mangalore style suran palya stuffed paratha with onion and radish slaw, pickle and chutney or ask for a portion of Mandeli Fried Fish - rava crusted fried fish filets, baby onion salan puree, plantain chips and south inspired bread and butter pickles. Wasabi by Morimoto, the award winning contemporary Japanese restaurant at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi presents a symphony of sumptuous Sushi rolls and Miso soup to tantalize your taste buds this summer.

The specially curated lunch menu offers an unlimited assortment of sushi roll combinations including vegetarian and non-vegetarian classics such as Spicy tuna rolls, Asparagus tempura rolls and Shrimp tempura rolls. Chilies from China raise the temperature at House of Ming

House of Ming, the premiere Chinese restaurant at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi adds a tinge of spice to traditional Chinese delicacies this summer.
